The Community Foundation of Mount Vernon & Knox County has a new and improved portal for on-line giving that offers its donors more convenience, and the Foundation dramatically lower transactions fees.

The secure online giving portal, managed through Stewardship Technologies of Mount Vernon, Ohio, allows donors to use all major credit cards, as well as convenient ACH transfer from checking or savings accounts, with transaction fees as low as 25 cents.

Executive Director Sam Barone said, “We are pleased to have identified a secure, local credit card and ACH transfer clearinghouse to assist donors in making charitable contributions to the Community Foundation. Our website will be updated within days with a new “Donate Now” button, but the portal is fully functioning at this time using the links provided.”
