Learn how your nonprofit can effectively plan for a transition, react to a departure, and identify its next leader. We’ll discuss best practices and provide insight into how your board and organization can be ready for planned, or unplanned, executive leadership transitions.
Mollard Consulting developed a succession planning readiness assessment, and each participant will be given that tool to score their organization.
Learning Objectives:
-Understand the strategic importance of succession planning for organizational health.
-Understand the board’s role in succession planning.
-Understand the difference between succession planning and chief executive search/transition.
Join the Knox Network of Nonprofits with a commitment to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and community impact.
